A titanium bar under zirconia provides internal reinforcement that minimizes fracture risk by distributing stress evenly across the prosthesis without compromising esthetics or fit. Note: Although titanium bars assist in reinforcing zirconia structure, titanium must be bonded in the lab during fabrication. This bond could sometimes be affected by a myriad of factors that could cause it to debond from zirconia in the intraoral environment.

🔒 S3 F1 Critical Workflow Requirements

  • ✅ Try-In approval is required before zirconia fabrication

  • ✅ New scans are required for changes to bite, fit, or esthetics

  • ❌ Verbal feedback will not be used for finals

  • 🗓️ Scans must be dated or labeled clearly

  • 💸 Remakes due to missing/outdated data will incur fees
