S3 Final Hybrid-ceramics or Zirconia – ALL-Digital Workflow (READ CAREFULLY)

A streamlined approach to final restoration after S3 Full Arch Guided Surgery.  This ALL DIGITAL workflow is for those who will use intraoral scanner + PowerBall Scan Bodies + PowerBall Screws.

This workflow eliminates the titanium insert interface, reduces cost, and reduces shipping.

ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH: NOBEL, BIOHORIZONS, NEODENT, DESS, MEGAGEN, OR ANY OTHER NOBEL-TYPE MUA. IF YOU SUBMIT THE CASE WITH INCOMPATIBLE MUAs, YOU WILL BE EITHER a) ASKED TO ORDER DESS (3RD PARTY) EQUIVALENT OR b) SWITCH TO OUR ANALOG WORKFLOW.

REQUIRES THE PURCHASE OF XCELL POWERBALL SCREWS WITH EACH CASE (QTY = NUMBER OF IMPLANTS USED)

Includes:

  1. First print for screw retained final
  2. Warranty:
    Hybrid-Ceramics: Two additional prints for lifetime of patient. Zirconia: 2 years

  2. INTRAORAL SCAN OPPOSING
  3. INTRAORAL SCAN EXISTING TEMPORARY IN OCCLUSION AGAINST OPPOSING
  4. INTRAORAL SCAN POWERBALL SCAN BODIES WITH COMPLETE SURROUNDING TISSUE ANATOMY
  5. Digital photos of patient (9 photos):
  • Full face maximum smile
  • Left & right maximum smile
  • Full face retracted
  • Left & right retracted
  • Full face reposed
  • Left & right reposed

Please use patient first initial and complete last name

These prerequisites ensure optimal quality, expediency, and maintains your cost. Help us serve you better by completing these steps.

If there are multiple implant systems, please indicate in the notes. We will request OEM when available. If OEM is not available for your implant system, third party components will be requested.

Additional try-ins will incur charges. Interface inserts will be used in try-in. Inserts will be reused in final product when try-ins are returned unless additional parts are provided.

If the appointment date is not possible, we will contact you.
