Your final restoration streamlined from S3 Full Arch guided surgery! Use your duplicate converted prosthetic from S3, or use other non-S3 duplicate converted dentures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The duplicate converted prosthesis with picked-up (converted) implants using MUAs + S3 Simple Seat Abutments (AKA “cones”)ORany other system’s duplicate converted prosthesis.***IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS STEP, DO NOT PROCEED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASES WITHOUT SOME KIND OF VERIFIED PROSTHESIS***
  2. Opposing impression, model, or intraoral scan
  3. The converted prosthesis must have relined impression to capture most current tissue
  4. Bite should already be adjusted (if applicable) and equilibrated as much as possible
  5. MUA Analogs + interface inserts
  6. Digital photos of patient (9 photos):
  • Full face maximum smile
  • Left & right maximum smile
  • Full face retracted
  • Left & right retracted
  • Full face reposed
  • Left & right reposed

Parts: Not included / additional charge

Material:

  1. Next generation 3D printed hybrid-ceramics technology. Ideal for cases with little to no adjustments during surgery.
    OR
  2. Monolithic Zirconia

Turnaround: 15 business days from submission (or less)

These prerequisites ensure optimal quality, expediency, and maintains your cost. Help us serve you better by completing these steps.

If there are multiple implant systems, please indicate in the notes. We will request OEM when available. If OEM is not available for your implant system, third party components will be requested.

Additional try-ins will incur charges. Interface inserts will be used in try-in. Inserts will be reused in final product when try-ins are returned unless additional parts are provided.
