Guide 0 is a presurgical guide that seats on the patient’s unaltered anatomy (tissue reflection may be required in some cases). It is used to drill fixation pin positions, serving as a reference point for accurate placement of all subsequent guides.

If you are selecting 1x immediate load bridge, you do not need to send us second set of copings.

The S3 Guided Full Arch Solution is your all-in-one surgical and restorative system for predictable, efficient, and esthetic full-arch implant cases. Whether you’re tackling a single arch or dual-arch procedure, our kit equips your team with the tools and precision needed for success on day one.

What’s Included:

  • Custom bone reduction guide

  • Precision implant surgical guide

  • (2) Provisional prosthetic bridges for immediate loading

  • All auxiliary components required for the case workflow

Note: Implants, implant restorative components, and surgical instrumentation are not included.


Required Case Records

To ensure optimal accuracy and workflow, please submit the following:

CBCT Scan Requirements

  • Partially or Fully Dentate Patients:

    • CBCT with separated occlusion (use cotton rolls if needed)

    • Resolution: 0.3 mm voxel or better

    • Must include at least one full arch per scan

    • For double arch cases with small scan volume, submit two scans (one per arch)

  • Fully Edentulous Patients:

    • CBCT of patient wearing re-lined denture with radiopaque markers in occlusion

    • CBCT of denture only with radiopaque markers

    • Resolution: 0.3 mm voxel or better

    • Submit one full arch per scan minimum

Additional Case Requirements

  • Digital or conventional impressions (STL format preferred)

  • Bite registration at desired vertical (MIP or centric occlusion preferred)

  • Clinical photographs (9 total):

    • Full face: reposed, maximum smile, and retracted (3 total)

    • Left & Right views for each of the above positions (6 total)
