S3 Final Hybrid-ceramics or Zirconia – Semi-Digital Workflow (READ CAREFULLY)

A streamlined approach to final restoration after S3 Full Arch Guided Surgery.  This semi digital workflow is for those who do not have intra-oral scanners and/or do not want to purchase XCELL POWERBALL scan bodies.

This workflow eliminates the titanium insert interface, reduces cost, and reduces shipping.

ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH: NOBEL, BIOHORIZONS, NEODENT, DESS, MEGAGEN, OR ANY OTHER NOBEL-TYPE MUA. IF YOU SUBMIT THE CASE WITH INCOMPATIBLE MUAs, YOU WILL BE EITHER a) ASKED TO ORDER DESS (3RD PARTY) EQUIVALENT OR b) SWITCH TO OUR ANALOG WORKFLOW.

REQUIRES THE PURCHASE OF XCELL POWERBALL SCREWS AND MUA ANALOGS WITH EACH CASE.

Includes:

  1. First print for screw retained final
  2. Warranty:
    Hybrid-Ceramics: Two additional prints for lifetime of patient. Zirconia: 2 years

Requirements:

What you need to send

  1. The duplicate converted prosthesis with picked-up (converted) implants using MUAs + S3 Simple Seat Abutments (AKA “cones”) OR any other system’s duplicate converted prosthesis. ***IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS STEP, DO NOT PROCEED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASES WITHOUT SOME KIND OF VERIFIED PROSTHESIS***
  2. Opposing impression, model, or intraoral scan
  3. The converted prosthesis must have relined impression to capture most current tissue
  4. Bite should already be adjusted and equilibrated as much as possible
  5. MUA Analogs
  6. Digital photos of patient (9 photos):
  • Full face maximum smile
  • Left & right maximum smile
  • Full face retracted
  • Left & right retracted
  • Full face reposed
  • Left & right reposed

These prerequisites ensure optimal quality, expediency, and maintains your cost. Help us serve you better by completing these steps.

If there are multiple implant systems, please indicate in the notes. We will request OEM when available. If OEM is not available for your implant system, third party components will be requested.

Additional try-ins will incur charges. Interface inserts will be used in try-in. Inserts will be reused in final product when try-ins are returned unless additional parts are provided.
